- Standard Products: Orders for standard products are processed and shipped within 1 business day after your order is placed.
- Custom Products: Orders for custom products are processed and shipped within 2 business days. However, we strive to ship custom orders within 1 business day whenever possible.
- Delivery Time:
- Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS standard shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential delays with the postal service.
- Shipping Locations:
- We currently ship physical products to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., we can only accept subscription plan for digital smarti card.
- Order Tracking:
- After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package until it arrives at your location.
Returns Policy
- Custom Products:
- All sales of custom products are final. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.
- Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions to our services are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@smarticards.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair at our discretion.
- Order Cancellations:
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- 30 Days Return:
- All orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, except for custom-made items and subscriptions. Please email info@smarticards.com with the subject ‘Returns’ and include your order number, name, and the reason for your return.
